What is FlexCell?
FlexCell is a deployable robotic workcell designed for end-of-line packing and palletising. It’s installed in days — not months — and can be redeployed between sites as your operation changes. One base platform, multiple application kits, recipe-based changeovers that your operators run without calling in a systems integrator.

Bag palletising
What it does: Takes loose 3kg bags from a bagging machine output and builds stable, shippable pallets automatically.
How it works: Vision-guided pick, layer squaring, compression per layer, stretch wrap integration. Handles bag variability (partial fills, shape irregularity) that defeats conventional palletisers.
Built for seasonal surge: Deploy for Oct–Mar peak, pull back after. Mobilisation fee covers install and pullback. No permanent footprint commitment.
Pricing: Usage-metered — per bag completed. Shoulder and peak rate tiers. Minimum seasonal volume commitment with true-up.
FruitPack
Fruit packing + palletising
What it does: Handles the full sequence — fruit into trays, trays into cartons, cartons onto pallets. Gentle handling with vision-guided quality checks at every stage.
How it works: Multi-stage workflow with configurable pack patterns per SKU. Recipe-based changeovers — switch fruit type, tray format, or carton config without mechanical retooling.
QC built in: In-line defect detection, count verification, and pack integrity checks. Reject and rework handling integrated into the cell.
Pricing: Usage-metered — per carton or per pallet completed. Same seasonal RaaS model as IceStack.
